Khalid Al Bakhit is a seasoned business leader with more than three decades of executive and board-level experience across the UAE's public and private sectors, with extensive expertise in real estate, investment, corporate governance, and strategic asset management.

Mr. Al Bakhit is a member of the Executive Management team at the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), the principal investment arm of the Government of Dubai. He also serves as Chairman of ICD-Brookfield, the real estate investment platform jointly owned by ICD and Brookfield Asset Management; and is a Director of ICD-Brookfield Place Dubai Limited and as a Board of Directors at Arada Development LLC.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Al Bakhit has served on the Boards of several of Dubai's leading real estate developers, including Nakheel, Meydan, Limitless, and Wasl (Dubai Real Estate Corporation), contributing to the strategic development of some of the emirate's most significant real estate and infrastructure projects.

His governance experience also extends to the public and industrial sectors, having served on the Board of the Community Development Authority in Dubai and as a Board Member of Emirates Global Aluminum PJSC (EGA), one of the world's largest aluminum producers jointly established by ICD and Mubadala Investment Company.

As Chairman of Imdaad Group, Mr. Al Bakhit provides strategic leadership and governance, supporting the Group's continued growth, operational excellence, innovation, and commitment to delivering sustainable integrated facilities management and environmental solutions across the region.

Rajiv Sud is a seasoned board advisor and finance leader with over 30 years of international experience across the Middle East, Asia, and North America. He has held CEO, CFO, and board-level positions in diverse sectors including real estate development, logistics, consumer products, and services.

Throughout his executive career, Rajiv successfully led corporate turnarounds, strengthened governance frameworks, and managed high-value transactions for multinational corporations, family businesses, and Government-Related Entities (GREs).

Since transitioning from full-time executive roles in 2020, Rajiv has focused on non-executive and advisory mandates. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Imdaad, an ICD subsidiary, and has contributed to the Audit & Risk Committee of Al Ghurair First. In addition, he advises family offices on investment strategy, project funding, and asset optimization.

Rajiv is a Chartered Accountant and CPA, with a degree in Commerce.

Ghassan is a seasoned investment professional with more than two decades of experience leading and managing high value private market transactions across both Developed and Emerging Markets. He is currently Head of Private Equity (US) and Private Credit at the Investment Corporation of Dubai, the Sovereign Wealth Fund of the Emirate of Dubai, and leads the firm’s investment activities in those strategies. Ghassan leverages his deep operational experience as an active board member, driving value through strategic planning, M&A, and operational enhancements. He holds Degrees in Law and Commerce from Flinders University, and a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Adelaide.
